PJ’S COFFEE RETURNS AS “OFFICIAL COFFEE” OF BEIGNET FEST
NEW ORLEANS (Sept. 19, 2025) – The Beignet Fest Foundation is proud to announce that PJ’s Coffee will return as the Official Coffee of the 2025 Beignet Fest, bringing bold flavor and local flair to one of the region’s most beloved food festivals.
“PJ’s Coffee has become part of the Beignet Fest tradition, and we’re thrilled to welcome them back in 2025,” said Sherwood Collins, founder of Beignet Fest and executive director of the Beignet Fest Foundation. “It’s a classic pairing: beignets and PJ’s Coffee.”
Scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, at New Orleans City Park, Beignet Fest will once again celebrate the iconic beignet in all its sweet and savory forms with a myriad of food vendors, live music all day, the PJ’s Coffee Café, an interactive Kids Village, and an Artist Market.
At Beignet Fest, PJ’s will serve Bananas Foster glazed beignets, a Cinnamon Roll-style beignet and traditional beignets, as well as Cold Brew Coffee in Vanilla and Caramel flavors, iced tea, and lemonade.
Also, this year, there will be a PJ’s souvenir tumbler for sale with some of the proceeds going back to the Beignet Fest Foundation to support mission-driven programs for children with autism.
Founded in New Orleans in 1978, PJ’s Coffee is known for its small-batch roasting and deep commitment to the local community, values that align closely with Beignet Fest’s family-friendly, mission-driven approach.
“We’re honored to be part of Beignet Fest again this year. The event celebrates everything we love about New Orleans: great food, strong community, and deep-rooted traditions,” said Nicole Hutson, marketing director of PJ’s Coffee. “Beignet Fest is more than a food festival. It’s a celebration with heart, and we’re proud to support a cause that uplifts local families.”
