The Porch is a brand new experience at Beignet Fest this year. Look for the Blue Runner red beans food truck and tent – and come pull up a chair inside!
You’re invited to slow down, settle in, and listen to the stories behind the people, flavors, and traditions that make Louisiana food culture unlike anywhere else.
Chef Kevin Belton and his guests will cover topics from pralines to coffee to red beans to beignets – giving festival-goers a sense of the rich food legacy of New Orleans.
